StoryWorld brings to life well known children's stories and songs to help them to build on their knowledge and use of the English language.



Children from 4 to 10 years old will pester you to let them play with these - they won't even realize they're helping their language skills into the bargain. Each disc includes four favorite children's stories which youngsters can listen to as the animated action unfolds. But there's much more. You can record yourself narrating the story on the screen - and then play it back. You can also play games including spotting the different animals in a meadow, painting the teddy bear different colors and telling the time - all in a foreign language! Friendly fire-breathing dragons who speak eighteen languages guide children through these games and activities encourage them to win gold stars and printiable certificates. This series is also a perfect way to introduce young children to computers





The Story World 1 disc features Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Three Billy Goats Gruff, Incy Wincy Spider and Humpty Dumpty. The Story World 2 disc features Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, Hickory Dickory Dock and Jack and Jill.



Supplement that with Audio CD tracks online and help for non-English speakers and you have an altogether more stimulating way of involving children in spoken and written English.
