WanTeng UE-PA15CC USB-To-Parallel Port (XP Driver) | 228KB
This device is a USB-To-LPT (Parallel Port) device. I modified the Win98/ME driver to work under Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. The driver installs a working Printer Port (LPT Port), not a Printer (because that was the case when you plug in the device under XP).
Just follow the instructions written in a .pdf file packed with the driver.
